Return and Exchange Policy

At Kristino, it is of utmost priority to handle each product with great care. Stringent measures are in place to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, human errors are unavoidable. As such, we do offer an exchange policy in the following cases:

Case 1: If a wrong product is delivered, or if the product delivered is damaged or defective, it will automatically qualify for an exchange. Kristino courier affiliate will pick up the item and we shall send a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Be sure to include the order number. If you have to send the package yourself, ensure that the original packaging and product tag is present.

Case 2: If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just write to us at sales@kristino.in

Due to personal hygiene and safety issues, we can't offer return incase you don't like the product or have wrongly placed the order.

For all the above issues, please make sure you report within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images/video of the product & product box (through email). We advise all our customers to make an unboxing video at the time of receiving their orders, so that their grievances can be resolved smoothly.

Shipping and Cancellation Policy

To ensure that your orders are delivered to you in the safest and quickest manner, we have partnered only with reputed national couriers. like Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc for shipping PAN India.

We process and ship every order within 24-48 working hours. Your order shall get delivered within 5-6 Business Days depending on your location in India.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 11am to 6pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Delivery timeline may be impacted due to Covid-19 situation. The timeline may vary as per respective state/city lockdown guidelines.

What Currently we are offering FREE shipping for all orders across India.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Incase, you receive a tampered package, please do not accept the shipment. Please inform our Customer care team. Email at sales@kristino.in and we will guide you to place a new order.

Cancellation:

In case, you have placed an order by mistake, you can simply request a cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only through email.

To cancel the order, you can email Us - sales@kristino.in anytime within 24 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank holidays.
